Innovative Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and technically oriented individual to join the Information Technology team as a configuration, implementation and technical support specialist.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide technical support for clients and internal staff
• Client requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and training of proprietary payroll/HRMS software
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in field related to IT/Business
• Experience with business systems analysis, configuration, implementation and support with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) a plus
• Desktop support/Network administration experience a plus
Key Competencies / Qualifications:
• Technical ability to quickly learn and use proprietary software/administration tools
• Experience in solving complex business processes with software
• Aptitude for effectively communicating with clients and internal staff
• Good organizational and project management ability. Able to work well under pressure and to multitask
• Ability to work both independently and with others
• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Attention to detail
