Trying to access your payroll, time keeping and/or HR platform? Check out the resources below to help gain access and navigate your way throughout the portal.
Initial Registration
Now that you have been given access to your employee portal, you should have gotten an email with a link to the login screen and your username.
- Link to login screen: https://secure.saashr.com/ta/i.XYZ.login
- Replace i.XYZ with your unique company code
- Username: First Initial / Last Name
- Example: JDoe
- Password: Simply click “forgot password” on the login screen. From there, you will be prompted to enter your username and some additional information to establish your password. If at any time down the road you forget your password, you can click “forgot password” again.
Mobile App
Your employee portal is available via desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile app. To access your portal from your smartphone, head over to your device’s app store and download the free HCMtoGo app (available via IOS and Android).
