Worker Life-Cycle Management Tools

The HR modules provide ability to manage and track worker data job requisition through termination in a consistent, repeatable process to keep you compliant and reduce your administrative burdens.  See below for details on specific features.

HRLite Version

The HRLite version creates a system for core HR functions such as tracking, notifications, announcements, scheduled events, and employee documentation.

Enterprise Version

The Enterprise version builds on the core features, adding performance management, benefit enrollment, compensation, interactive employee self-service, expanded manager actions and marketplace add-ons (e.g. recruiting and LOA management).

Benefit Administration & Enrollment

Electronic benefit Open/New Hire/Life Change Event enrollment that includes workflow notifications, plan comparison feature, election summary, census reports, creates payroll deduction and employee electronic confirmation of selections.  Add-Ons include Carrier Benefit and/or Retirement Plan electronic connectivity, COBRA Administration and Bill Reconciliation.

Hiring Process

Manage your hiring process from needs assessment to job requisition approvals and postings (including integration with major job boards). Utilize applicant tracking with resume parsing and knockout assessments. Once an applicant has been selected, pre-screen (backgrounds, testing, e-Verify) and pre-board for a seamless transition for hiring and onboarding.

Job & Position Management

Track job descriptions, job changes, salary changes, pay grades and EEO data. Includes customizable workflow that tracks change approvals (electronic signature with a date/time stamp) with reports, system generated notifications, and updates employee’s record with effective dated change. Position Management for tracking multiple job rates, headcount costs, planning and budgeting.

Performance Evaluations & Development

Configurable performance evaluations that allow multiple-tiered participation workflows. Customize competencies, values and goals, employee self-evaluation, rating weights, auto-initiated reviews, optional sub-profiles and notifications. Performance development for goal tracking or informal, ongoing employee/manager feedback. Outputs may include salary increase, job title change, bonus, and compensation merit index.

Trainings & Credentials

Drive compliance by assigning required training, certifications, and licensing by job with system-maintained expiration notifications. Our system allows your training content to be attached to courses for employees to access. Completed trainings and documentation can be easily uploaded to the employee’s record.

Mandatory Reporting

System will generate your required EEO, OSHA and VETs reporting. Includes current FLMA forms and customizable checklists. Checklists include notifications, electronic forms, approval workflows, and documents to keep you in compliance for onboarding, offboarding, leave of absences, and workers claims.
