Are Your Employee Notices Up-to-Date?

It’s time for Spring Cleaning of your employee Notices and Posters!

Now is a great time to go through company documents and ensure you have the most updated versions of Federal and State required notices for your employees.  Did you know, as of the beginning of April, there is an updated version of the Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave Notice (DFEH 100-21) released by the CA Department of Fair Employment and Housing?  The regulations have also been updated as to which employers are required to present this notice to employees.  Click here to read about the updates and to download the updated form.
